Maestro Di Cucina

Claudio came to Pittsburgh from the Abruzzi region of Italy over forty years ago. Claudio has become a fixture of the Pittsburgh restaurant community, building and managing successful restaurants over the decades and executing literally thousands of successful events.

​Claudio is "Maestro Di Cucina" because he can cook anything - from a towering wedding cake, to Indian curry, to the rich plum tomato sauce for which he is particularly famous. Any meat, any vegetable, any grain - Claudio knows how to apply the fire.​
