Claudio came to Pittsburgh from the Abruzzi region of Italy over forty years ago. Claudio has become a fixture of the Pittsburgh restaurant community, building and managing successful restaurants over the decades and executing literally thousands of successful events.
Claudio is "Maestro Di Cucina" because he can cook anything - from a towering wedding cake, to Indian curry, to the rich plum tomato sauce for which he is particularly famous. Any meat, any vegetable, any grain - Claudio knows how to apply the fire. |
