Cooking Classes
This fall, Chef Claudio Masci and Chef Marc Alfano will teach a variety of cooking classes at Alfano's Restaurant at the Quail. The menu of classes spans an array of Abruzzi-region Italian delicacies from Chef Claudio, as well as continental cuisine from Chef Marc.
The cost is $55.00 per person plus gratuity, tax, and drinks, and reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Contact Chef Claudio to make your reservation.
